THINGS TO DO BEFORE BREAKFAST | STEPS TO A GREAT START
So all of you are probably wondering why some people always have a really good morning. Most of us, would be really confused on how they start their mornings right and just. well, i did a few researches and here’s something i found!
1. read a chapter of a book in bed
It’s actually good to start your day by reading your favorite chapter of your favorite book. It makes you feel really happy because since it is your favorite you’ll be more inspired in starting your day right. Especially, when the chapter comes with a very great quote that you love, it will totally make your day the B E S T.
2. go back to sleep
You probably shouldn’t do this practice - um i think most of us do this. GOING BACK TO SLEEP is something you need to avoid because you will miss how the sun rises for you, you will miss the early morning breeze and how it is very fresh for your body. so no-no, you should get up, drag yourself to the bathroom have a shower and start your day right.
One brave thing before starting your day is be healthy. For example, doing yoga is also really really useful because it is like a morning stretch. It will make you be more fit and taller since stretching can flex your tight muscles. It will also make you sweat which is really good for your skin and your body.
4. watch the sunrise if it’s early enough
I highly recommend all you readers to do this more often because you will learn to appreciate little things that God made for us. It will also make you feel really important because you can see how the sun shines for you to live another life and be a better person. Also, early sunshine gives you enough Vitamin E for the day (preferably 6am-to 8 am).
5. make a to-do list for the day
This is also really important for us teenagers since we get distracted with a lot of things- such as homeworks , errands, chores, etc. and it makes our schedule really messy so before you start your day, you should write all you errands and chores and things you will do for the day so you will be less confused.
6. tell someone “good morning”
If you do this very often to people, they will be influenced by your good vibes and also tell others a happy “good morning” isn’t that good? it makes you feel better because you will realize how influential you are and i’m sure they will be really thankful to you for making their day.
7. go on a walk
Taking walk is also a good way to start your day. You will see how the sky is so clear and how the flowers are blooming for you to be happy. It will also make you feel more positive since you will see how life is worth it. It will make your heart rate also stable.
8. try to remember your dreams
This is maybe my favorite thing in the list since i do this A LOT. When you wake up from a very very good dream (either its about a fictional character or your crush) and you try to remember all the scenes makes you feel really happy that your smile reaches your ears.
9. plan what you’re going to wear
Whether you are going to work or to school, you should plan your outfit for the day. Always remember that when you’re planning your attire, do it your style and also have a theme (like bohemian or vintage style) it will make you feel like a famous actress/actor if you do it.
10. make your bed
Tidying things up before you eat your breakfast will make you fill a little bit responsible for the day and it will make yourself feel superior since you’ve done something really important. Get up and start making your bed or clean your whole room if you have much more time.
REMEMBER: all these steps takes time. if you do this for 7 days it will be a hobby and soon you will get used to doing this all the time! Also, always think that you can do all of this things, don’t let the negative vibes get you.
